We chose the name Daring Pursuits because we know a few things about our fellow ADHDers:

1. They are amazing people, full of adventure and big ideas. They have the creativity and problem-solving skills to change the world, but often feel like their ADHD limits them.

2. ADHD affects many parts of their lives and mainstream solutions fail to meet their needs. Finding strategies that work with their unique brain wiring and processing strengths is vital to coping with their everyday challenges.

3. By finding the systems that work for them, they can reduce the time spent fighting ADHD and more time moving towards their goals. We believe that living the life you desire and following your dreams are daring pursuits and we want to help you achieve both.

What We Do:

We provide coaching, consultation, and support services to adults of all ages. Whether you were diagnosed years ago or haven’t been diagnosed yet, we can help you explore strategies and systems that will reduce stress and build confidence.

Through 40-60 minute sessions, we will explore your topics through questions and discussion. After I get a good idea of what your current situation is and what success will look like, we begin the process of working towards an action plan.

This process may include:

  • Developing an understanding of your values and strengths.
  • Considering your processing modalities and sensory needs to modify memory cues.
  • Looking at other successes and how to adapt those solutions to new situations.
  • Examining the thoughts and beliefs that surround this topic.
  • Education about ADHD and the introduction of models and strategies.
  • Addressing expectations and measures of success that may not be serving you.

When you schedule a free discovery session, we’ll meet for 45 minutes to talk about what you hope to accomplish and decide if we’re well-matched.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client, in which they explore various topics to identify strengths and strategies that can be used to move forward towards the client’s goals. ICF defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”


ADHD Coaching is a specialized form of coaching where the coach approaches the client’s goals and discussion topics with an understanding of ADHD and the way it impacts everyday life. The coach is also mindful of ways in which past experiences may have impacted the client’s beliefs and thought patterns about themselves and their circumstances.
